Orders
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Australia.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro and Shop Pay.
What currency do you use?
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Are payments secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to help protect your payment and personal information.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days in total, including 2–3 business days processing and 4–9 business days transit.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping across Australia with no minimum order.
What is the order cutoff time?
Our order cutoff time is 6:00 PM Australian Eastern Time (AET).
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact us at veloracanberra@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the relevant shipping provider.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
What condition must my item be in?
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and in their original packaging.
How do I request a return?

How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Can I exchange an item?
For a different product or size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Are sale items refundable?
No. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
