Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Items must be unworn, unused, have all original tags attached, and be returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation may also be required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Please do not send any items back without contacting us and receiving return instructions first.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate solution.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalised or custom-made products, and certain personal care or beauty products.

Returns may also not be accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size, or product, the quickest option is generally to return your original item following our return procedure. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

The item must still be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund and display it in your account.
